At Sona Diamonds, most of our jewellery is made to order, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship tailored to your specifications. Orders are typically completed within 30 to 50 business days. For specific estimated completion dates for your order, please refer to the confirmation email sent to you upon purchase.
Shipping Carriers and Tracking
Once your order is ready for dispatch, we partner with trusted carriers, including Australia Post, UPS, and DHL, to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Tracking details will be provided via email as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
We offer Express Post
For faster delivery, we offer Express Post through our shipping partners. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary due to Public holidays, peak periods or unforeseen events such as customs delays or other logistical challenges.
Shipping Destinations
We proudly ship to Australia and New Zealand. All international shipping is currently limited to New Zealand.

Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) Shipments
At Sona Diamonds, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Most of our shipments are sent as Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning that import customs duties and taxes are included in the purchase price. This ensures that you, our valued customer, can receive your order without additional charges at the time of delivery in most cases.
Local or Personal Taxes in Certain Countries
However, please note that in some countries, local regulations require you, the purchaser and local resident, to be responsible for paying any applicable local or personal taxes. These taxes are not covered by Sona Diamonds. This requirement arises because certain countries' customs departments do not permit these charges to be billed to an entity outside of the country.
